We’ve compiled the list of the best fireworks shows in the South Sound so you can celebrate the 4th with family, friends and fireworks. Remember to arrive early to snag the best viewing and to be safe.

Henderson Bay Fireworks (6.2 miles)
When: July 4th 10:00 PM
Where: 11222 70th Avenue NW
Gig Harbor, WA 98332
Fireworks can be seen from along the Purdy sand pit. Can also be seen from surrounding private properties along Henderson Bay.
Downtown Poulsbo (37.3 miles)
When: July 3rd 10:15pm
Where: 18825 Anderson Pkwy, Poulsbo, WA 98370
Just a 45 minute drive up the peninsula on highway WA-3 takes you to beautiful Liberty Bay where you can set up some chairs and camp out on the Muriel Iverson Williams Waterfront Park & Anderson Parkway. This firework show is part of Viking Fest. There will be live music, craft booths, and tons of food vendors. Vendors Open Noon-10:00pm
Point Ruston (10.3 miles, if driving there is a toll fee)
When: July 4th at 10:00pm
Where: 4015 Ruston Way Tacoma, 98407
The Tacoma Freedom Fair is Washington’s largest fourth of July event. Enjoy the fair all day with food, live music, classic cars and an air show between 1:30 pm and 3:00 pm over commencement bay. Finish off the night with the fairs firework show extravaganza centered in the middle of the Ruston way waterfront in front of Katie Downs although the show should be able to be seen all along the Ruston Way waterfront
Manette Bridge, Bremerton (23.5 miles)
When: June 30th Noon-10:30 pm
Where: Manette Bridge, Bremerton, WA 98337
VIP tickets may still be available at bremertonbridgeblast.com which includes premier seating on USS Turner Joy, a catered dinner, and a great viewing of the fireworks. Air show begins at 8:00pm, The 2nd annual firework show starts at 10:15 and can be viewed from the Louis Mentor Boardwalk and Evergreen Park. This is the largest firework show on a bridge over water in Washington State and is a beautiful site to see!
Bainbridge Island (49.5 miles)
When: July 4th at 10:20pm
Where: 280 Madison Ave N, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110
If you want to take the hour long drive from Gig Harbor to beautiful Bainbridge island there will be a firework show over eagle harbor. You can catch amazing views from Pritchered Park Beach at 8400 55th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98118 or find a spot across the bay in downtown Bainbridge Island.
Downtown Port Orchard (17.9 Miles)
When: July 4th at 10:30pm
Where: 933 Bay St, Port Orchard, WA 98366
During the Fathoms o’ Fun festival fireworks will be going off over the Sinclair Inlet. Head downtown and set up some chairs along the waterfront to enjoy fireworks starting at 10:30pm. Fireworks can also be seen across the bay from the Bremerton Waterfront.
