Meet Michael Varni
NEIGHBORHOOD EXPERT IN: GIG HARBOR
Navigating the market is one thing (and frankly when you're hiring a realtor, it's the bare minimum). Understanding how to structure financing, secure the best loan, and make the entire transaction seamless is another. Michael Varni does both-because in real estate, the right home and the right loan go hand in hand. A successful real estate transaction isn't just about finding the perfect property, it's about making sure the numbers add up, the deal makes sense, and the entire process runs smoothly from start to finish.
With a background in finance and mortgage lending, Michael offers a unique advantage to his clients - the ability to oversee the entire real estate transaction as a single point of contact. That trust, combined with his deep market knowledge, allows him to simplify the home buying and selling experience like few others can.
Michael's connection to Gig Harbor runs deep. His grandparents built their home here in 1974, and his grandmother was a top-producing real estate agent for years. Growing up, he watched the area evolve, and with over 40 years of local insight, he now helps clients navigate its ever-changing market with confidence. Whether you're buying, selling, or investing, he has the expertise to ensure your real estate decisions are as strategic as they are seamless.
Before transitioning into real estate in 2013, Michael was a third-generation restaurateur, sharpening his skills in negotiation, customer service, and high-pressure decision-making. Now, instead of running restaurants, he's helping clients run the numbers on their biggest investments.
When he's not working, you'll find him golfing, skiing, boating, wine tasting, or cooking up something great. He's a Boston Terrier dad to Finley, and a longtime March of Dimes charity chef and networker.
