Meet Michelle Charlton

Michelle Charlton

NEIGHBORHOOD EXPERT IN: GIG HARBOR

She began her real estate career in 2004 in the Seattle/Bellevue market before opening her own children’s boutique (Charlie Barnes) in Gig Harbor in 2011. In 2018, she went back to practicing real estate full-time, with a special focus on Gig Harbor. While she helps both buyers and sellers, her sweet spot is helping sellers maximize their home sale profits by giving their homes some strategic TLC before listing them. Having lived in Gig Harbor for more than 16 years, she’s developed relationships with the area’s top home and construction pros, and she passes those savings along to her clients. She leverages the latest marketing strategies, technology, and her detailed knowledge of the Gig Harbor market to help her clients achieve their goals, without the stress.

Her love of real estate extends to both her personal and professional life. Michelle has personally bought and sold four homes. She can’t think of a more enjoyable, fulfilling way to secure her family’s financial future, while also getting to indulge her love of all-things DIY, interior design, and architecture. It’s truly a win-win. If you’re looking for a Realtor with renovations and new-construction experience, Michelle is the right real estate guide for you.

Outside the office, Michelle stays busy by cheering on her kids at their sporting events and doing DIY projects. She can’t imagine living anywhere other than Gig Harbor and she’s proud to be part of the Neighborhood Experts team.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her …

Being a sports mom, planning the next home project, exploring new places, nurturing her plant babies, and chilling at home.

Three things she’d bring to a deserted island:

A comfortable lounge chair, a friend and a boat
