Neighborhood Tour: Artondale

Welcome To Artondale

VARIETY IN COMMUNITIES

Hi, it’s Paige Schulte with AskPaigeSchulte.com, and we’re out here getting this listing ready for market. It’s already staged—we do that with all of our listings. This one’s out in the Artondale area of Gig Harbor, which is a very established area. People love it because it tends to be a little bit quieter. It’s in the heart of Gig Harbor, nestled in the interior area of Gig Harbor, if you want to think about it that way.

Homes are a little bit older, there are not as many new developments, so you’ve got mature landscaping in almost all of the neighborhoods. They are small communities peppered with some homes that have acreage. For instance, this house sits on two acres. Some of them are going to be on half-acre lots, and then you’ll have some properties that sit with no neighbors. Artondale offers a wide variety of different communities, even in your neighborhoods with three-bedroom, two-bath ramblers built between 1970 and 1990.

VARIETY IN PRICE RANGES

The Artondale area doesn’t have a whole lot of waterfront or water views, to be honest. But it has every price range you can think of, from maybe the low $500,000s that need a substantial amount of cosmetic work all the way up to $1.5 million that’s going to be newer construction and dialed like something in Chelsea Park. Chelsea Park is one of the newest neighborhoods in the Artondale area, and is kind of right on the border of Artondale and Rosedale.

NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOOLS

Artondale is home to Artondale Elementary, which has been recently rebuilt, it goes to Gig Harbor High School, and also has Voyager Elementary, Goodman Middle School, and Kopachuck Middle School. You can see all of the videos about these schools right there at AskPaigeSchulte.com.
