Northwest Home Coach - Gig Harbor, WA

Let Gig Harbor’s top real estate agent, Paige Schulte, walk you through town and introduce you to the small business owners of Gig Harbor. Gig Harbor boasts a vibrant downtown scene lined with local business owners along with delicious eats from Uptown to Downtown Gig Harbor. Read on to hear about how Northwest Home Coach got started here in the harbor.

Lisa VanDoorne grew up in Alaska where she spent her early career in nonprofit development. In 2012 she moved with her husband and two children to Gig Harbor. As her kids neared high school graduation, she earned a Master’s in Organizational Leadership with a Certificate in Executive Coaching. Lisa worked to combine her skills and innate ability in executive coaching with her other passion: home decluttering, organization, and design. Thus, Northwest Home Coach was born.

Operating since November 2019, Northwest Home Coach is a service that changes lives and impacts families by bringing order and beauty into your home. As a natural leader and innovative out-of-the-box thinker, Lisa will come alongside you by providing professional decluttering, organizing, design, and coaching services customized to your specific need. Northwest Home Coach offers in-home and remote consulting, help with senior moves, and work-from-home solutions that make your space clean and functional. Lisa is a problem solver and will coach you through determining your priorities and making organizing decisions that help accomplish your goals with those priorities in mind. Northwest Home Coach also offers help through social media and a free weekly newsletter with tips, tricks, and ideas for all things house and home.

Lisa attends the Gig Harbor Super Business Group and is a member of the Alliance of Women Owned Businesses and the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals. As a service to clients, she volunteers to take a load of decluttered items to donate to the Mary Bridge Brigade Guild or SAVE Thrift Store. Lisa has volunteered her organization services to Kopachuck Middle School’s art teacher. She donates regularly to Gig Harbor Peninsula FISH Food Bank.
