Neighborhood Expert in: Tacoma/Puyallup area

Buying and selling a home can feel a little like parachuting — taking the leap with an exhilarating mix of excitement and trepidation, hoping you’ll land on your feet. Luckily, Vic Jones has plenty of experience with both navigating complex real estate transactions and adrenaline-pumping pursuits like parachuting.

As a real estate expert, builder, and land specialist, his goal is to make sure his clients always feel heard, supported, and like they have a trusted guide holding their parachute strings. Nothing matters more to Vic than making sure every individual he serves is truly happy with the outcome, financially, emotionally, and mentally. When you’re working with Vic, you can expect direct, open communication, a tenacious work ethic, and lots of laughter.

A lifelong Puyallup resident, Vic has always marched to the beat of his own drum and never shies away from a challenge, whether it’s finding a needle-in-a-haystack-home, negotiating aggressively on behalf of his clients, or competing in Powerlifting competitions. One of his favorite adventures to date has been building a spec home for resale (and he can’t wait to do it again). When he sets his mind on something, he won’t stop until he’s achieved it. He brings that calculated-risk taking approach to real estate, always putting his clients’ needs and wants first.

Vic has big goals for the future, including building more homes and doing great things for the community he’s proud to have lived in all his life. To him, every day is an adventure, and he intends to live each one to its fullest, doing what he loves. Away from the real estate hustle, Vic's a family man with three kids (Daizie, Jeffry, and Slater), each carving their unique paths. When he's not closing deals, you might catch him at a Powerlifting competition, enjoying downtime with his kids, watching movies, reading, or hitting the gym.
