First, we’ll walk you through my proven 30-Day Guide to Preparing Your Home for Market. Our in-house design consultant works their Joanna Gaines–level staging magic to turn your home into a magazine-worthy home buyers can’t resist. From there, a professional cleaning crew will make sure it looks sparkling clean before we open the doors for showings. During showings, we’ll put you and your family up at an AirBnB so you can stress less. All of this at zero extra cost to you (it’s included in our commission fee, which is in line with the average national real estate commission fee).

Step 2: The magic marketing mix.

As longtime marketers, entrepreneurs, and Instagram lovers, digital marketing is our superpower. We create a custom marketing strategy for every home we list. That strategy includes a potent mix of digital marketing (think virtual 3D tours, social media marketing, custom websites, and more), traditional real estate marketing (such as direct mail, open houses, etc.), and human-to-human networking. My professional media team and I work 24/7 to make sure your home gets in front of as many qualified buyers as possible. Again, at no extra cost to you; it’s included in our commission fees.
